Where the olive oil is born
The quality of our oil presents itself in an oily juice obtained from olives in perfect conditions of ripeness from olive trees in the area of La Mancha.
In general, the cultivation system takes place in a traditional manner, with average planting frames of 10 x 10m and 1 to 3 stems.
It is increasingly common for the grower to opt for intensive plantations, reducing the plantation frame to 6 x 7m, with olive trees of 1 stem only to facilitate the mechanisation of the harvesting. The more daring go in for super-intensive plantations with plantation frames of 1.5 x 4m, with not very tough varieties of olive trees of only one stem that facilitate cultivation in hedges such as the Arbequina.
